1962 Gibson SG Special in beautiful cherry red finish. Serial number 92850. This guitar is in great condition and is one of our favorites here, it has THE sound if you like P90s, there is just something you can't beat about a one-piece solid mahagony body equipped with a pair of early 1960s P90 pickups. We believe that the knobs, the bridge and possibly the switch tip are older, vintage correct replacements. There is a rocksolid repair on the body, a very common occurrance and one that makes this beautiful vintage instrument affordable for the serious guitar player. Comes with a 1980s Gibson chainsaw protector case. Weighs only 2.8kg!
