1990s Fender Precision Bass 66 Reissue ocean turquoise metallic

Ca. 1990s Fender Precision Bass '66 Reissue, ocean turquoise metallic. Made in Japan, serial number L31788. This bass started its life out as a Fender Japan '70 Reissue with an ash body. It was completely refinished with nitro and now sports a very nice relic look. The original tuners were handcut to the lollipop style briefly used on P-Basses in 1968. The logo is a mid 1960s reissue as well and the serial number is probably from an old Tokai bass, matches an earlier 1960s serial number style. This bass feels and sounds like the real deal - wow! Weighs 4,1kg.
