Refund policy

As a general rule, please make sure you ask any and all questions before purchasing an instrument, we'll happily assist you to choose the right instrument for you and provide any additional information you might need.

We aim to represent the instruments to the best of our knowledge. Our instruments are ready to play and are setup in house (ie. polished frets; intonation, action, neck relief all set) and in good playing condition with no structural issues (unless sold as-is or specifically mentioned otherwise). Please remember that in many cases you will have to get them adjusted by a professional luthier to make sure that you have the best setup for your playing style!

Please keep in mind that you are buying a pre-loved instrument and that it will in almost all cases show signs of wear. Sometimes a pot, switch or jack will crackle, that's just in the nature of vintage and used gear. If you are unsure about anything, don't hesitate to contact us and we will provide you with a personal hands-on description.

Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and will vary from country to country. If in doubt, please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be.

Our Return Policy in short:
Contact Yeahman's Vintage And Used Guitars before returning any items.
You can return the product within 48 hours of delivery, if eligible for return.
The product must be in same condition as when delivered. To avoid any Customs charges please clearly mark the package 'RETURNED GOODS'.

If a package is unclaimed you might have to pay a handling fee.

It is appropriate that the consumer controls the delivery to verify that this is accurate and error free. At the complaint, the customer contacts Yeahman's Vintage And Used Guitars and gives information relevant and the reason for complaint.

Return Conditions
You may return an eligible product within 48h of delivery, after prior written consent of Yeahman's Vintage And Used Guitars. We're a small business and can only accept returns should we misrepresent an item. Please DO ask any questions you might have before purchasing an item from us.

No returns will be accepted because of personal preferences (ie. the buyer doesn’t like the way an instrument plays or sounds etc.).

The product must be in the same condition as when delivered. If the product is altered, the product shall not be refunded. Make sure to include contact information with the return and if possible, please provide us with a tracking number. Yeahman's Vintage And Used Guitars requests you get a receipt and a package ID for the return from the delivery service, as it makes it easier to follow the return shipment if needed.

Yeahman's Vintage And Used Guitars will make a refund of eligible returns. Remember that shipping BOTH ways will be paid for by buyer, this may also include customs fees, admin fees and a 15% restocking fee. If you paid by invoice, we will need a bank account number to transfer the money back to. Purchases paid for by Paypal will be refunded minus the payment fees on top of the aforementioned fees. 

The easiest way is to e-mail it to us along with a brief description of your case. We will do our best to make you a happy customer.

Effect pedals, amplifiers, accessories and tubes are NOT eligible for returns under any circumstances and are always sold as-is!

Returning A Package
If a returned item is shipped international, please clearly mark the package 'RETURNED GOODS', to avoid any Customs charges. Yeahman's Vintage And Used guitars is NOT responsible for any Customs charges made. Any charges incurred, including shipping costs for both ways, are the responsibility of the customer.

Transport Damage
If the product is lost or you, upon receiving, notice that the item has been damaged during transport, you should immediately report this to us, so that an insurance claim can be filed. Please note that the Swiss Postal Service has a time window of only 7 days to file a claim - Yeahman's Vintage And Used Guitars will not be responsible if the buyer claims any damage outside said 7 day time window!

Unclaimed Packages
For packages that are not collected at your post office within the time window given by your local postal office to do so, Yeahman's Vintage And Used Guitars reserves the right to charge you a handling fee to cover return shipping and freight companies' administrative costs. This handling fee may include but is not limited to return shipping, customs fees, postal service admin fees.
