Shipping policy

Thanks for ordering your dream instrument from Yeahman's Guitars!

We understand you would already like to play your new guitar, bass or effect pedal right now and we try to ship within 24h after receiving your order and will supply you with the tracking number once your item packed. Unless otherwise noted, packaged can be tracked at: www.post.ch/en or dhl.com. 

Please note that we do NOT ship amplifiers, they are available for local pickup only! Exceptions can be made for some amps, please inquire.

On very rare occasions shipping within 24h is not possible and it may take a few extra days until your package is ready to ship (i.e. the local post office is closed due to a Holiday or we're simply out of town). If you require immediate shipping, please let us know before placing the order, so that we can arrange for it or give you an estimate of the shipping date.

Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and will vary from country to country. If in doubt, please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be.
