1963 Fender Stratocaster, olympic white. Made in USA, serial number 92477. This guitar is all original, except for the headstock logo.
The original, custom color olympic white finish shows signs of amateur touchups along the edges, these look like some sort of wood glue and could be removed if desired.
The pickup height grommets and two bridge saddles height adjustment screws were replaced, the originals are in the case. The guitar comes with its original brown tolex hardshell case (all latches work perfectly!), white plastic back plate, bridge cover, some extra strings and the original white leather strap the owner bought with the guitar.
January '63 neck date, pots date to 6th week of '63. We have complete provenance with pictures, the first owner bought it in a shop in Bern in '63 and sold it to its current owner six years ago.
The guitar shows wear consistent with its age, including the frets.
Lovely fuller neck profile, fantastic instrument overall. Weighs 3.6kg.
