1955 Fender Stringmaster T8 Triple Neck Steel, brown. Made in USA, serial number 0202. This triple neck console steel is one of the earliest we've seen in this style. It features the 22.5" scale and six wonderfully sounding original pickups from the golden era of Fender. The knobs, switch, input jack, tone cap and all pots have been replaced, as well as a bunch of screws. A switch to enable all three necks to run at the same time was also installed.
It shows quite a bit of wear and has a few vintage stickers on it, but it's structurally in fine condition with the tuners and electronics working properly.
The sustain and overall tone make you quickly understand why these are so highly praised. Comes with the four original legs and a later non-original hardshell case.
