1965 Gibson Firebird I Non-Reverse sunburst

1965 Gibson Firebird I, sunburst. Made in USA, serial number 508006. This guitar is all original except for the bridge studs and the tuner screws. It had Fender style Klusons mounted at one point so there are two extra holes underneath the originals. The pickup anchor screws may be replacements as well. Had a pro refret and shows only the slightest amount of fret wear. A small touch up on the treble side on the shim between between the fretboard and the body is visible. Extremely well playing and sounding specimen, one of the earliest non-reverse models. No cracks, break or repairs, ready to play. Comes with a repurposed Fender bass case. Weighs a hair below 3.3kg.
