1966 Fender Precision Bass, natural. Made in USA, serial number 147282. This bass has seen a lot of action over the years and is the perfect choice for your future concerts and studio gigs. It was originally olympic white and stripped to a natural finish back in the 1970s. The pickguard, pickups and electronics have been replaced over the time and a Hipshot D-Tuner is also mounted. The frets are in great shape and appear to have been only recently refretted. The bass was owned by studio bassist Colin Cameron and used in the studio and on stage with greats such as Tina Turner, Cher, Quincy Jones, Dusty Springfield, Judy Collins, Scott McKenzie - and Wonder Woman Lynda Carter! The feel on this neck is to die for and it has very attractive figuring. Comes with a 1970s export case with blue interior. Weighs only 3.8kg!
