1971 Gibson ES-175D natural

Ca. 1971 Gibson ES-175D, natural. Made in USA, serial number 050018. This guitar ihas a few changes that makes this rare natural finished ES-175D a more affordable player's guitar. The tuners are vintage chrome Pat. Pend. Grovers, the bridge is a later Nashville model, the knobs are replacements, as are the strap buttons. The pickup rings are replacements (a few extra screw holes underneath are covered by the rings). The back of the neck has most of the lacquer missing which makes for a very smooth playing feeling. The neck/body joint has a shim. Very low action, currently setup with D'Addario chromes. Comes with the original Gibson hardshell case with red lining. Weighs 3.2kg.
