1972 Gibson EB-0 Bass Long Scale cherry red

1972 Gibson EB-0, cherry red. Serial number 735034. This is the rarer long scale version of the EB-0 with the even rare Gibson logo embossed in the pickup cover. We think that it's all original except for the strap buttons. The neck has a very strong V profile, but the lacquer reacts to the blacklight correctly, so we're inclined to think that this is the way it left the factory (there is a 0.5cm by 4cm area that shows some lacquer touch up). But as we can't be 100% sure, we priced it accordingly. With the long scale and the pickup moved away from the neck, this bass is more versatile than its precedent version, currently mounts flatwound strings.  Weighs 4.35kg.
