Ca. 1976 Ampeg Portaflex B-15S, blackline. Made in USA, serial number 160694. This amp is all original, except for some replaced NOS tubes. Even the cabinet has the matching serial number. Factory 220V model. This is a very good sounding and very efficient bass (and guitar!) amp, works fine on top of an 8x10" cab as well. Comes with its original 'dolly' (not pictured, one wheel need to repaired, one fastening screw is missing).
