Ca. 1978 Maxon D&S Distortion and Sustainer. Made in Japan, serial number 841XX (partially illegible). This is Maxon's take on the classic Big Muff circuit - maybe on the best sounding fuzz pedals out there. One screw of the bottom lid missing.
