Ca. 1980s Playback Microphone Echo Adaptor EA-100, serial number 063326. Presumably made in Japan, could also be from the 1970s - there is just no information on this available. It's a short spring reverb unit and it's best used for crazy and over the top revern and feedback. Definitely worth checking out if you're into obscure effect pedals!
