1992 Ampeg SVT-400T head with 1994 SVT-1540HE 1x15" and 4x10" speaker cabinet. Made in USA, serial numbers TPHYE90014 and I54HG80036. This is a great sounding bass stack, it shows a lot of wear from the road but works fine.
