1993 Orville by Gibson Les Paul Standard Reissue vintage sunburst

1993 Orville by Gibson Les Paul Standard Reissue, vintage sunburst. Made in Japan at the Fujigen factory, serial number 32202. We believe this colour to be a faded vintage sunburst, unless this was a special order run with a more honey burst style colour. This guitar is mostly original but has had some changes over the years: strap buttons, nut, neck pickup. The nut works fine but it doesn't look like a pro job. There are also added tone caps. The bridge pickup is the original Gibson TM490, but we don't know what the neck pickup could be - it's a great match to the bridge pickup in any case. The maple top has a flame veneer and the guitar features fret edge binding, a long neck tenon, nitro finish. We're also 99% sure it has a one-piece mahogany back, as we couldn't find any joint seams, which makes this a very rare and desirable guitar. Weighs 4.25kg.
